These Terms of Use ("Terms") are between you and Luckbox Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us"), and govern your use of the Jewel Jolt app ("the App"). They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA", https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these Terms control to the extent permitted. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Standard EULA and the App Store usage rules.
The App may offer virtual items, such as theme skins or other content, for purchase through Apple. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, have no cash or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are available only through Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) under Apple's policies. To restore purchases on a new device, use Restore purchases in Settings. We may change, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items, except where the law requires otherwise.
The App shows third-party ads delivered through Unity LevelPlay and its partners. We do not control or endorse advertised products. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy (https://jeweljolt.luckboxapps.com/privacy/), and you can manage your choices in Settings > Privacy choices.
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, hacks, or modified clients; manipulate purchases, rewards, or ads (including fraudulent ad interactions); copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly permits it; circumvent security or technical limits; or use the App unlawfully. We may suspend or end your access for violations.
The App and its content, including code, art, audio, characters, and the Jewel Jolt name and logo, are owned by Luckbox Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress or items will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App and in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Statutory rights, including rights regarding faulty digital content, are not affected.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be noted in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
