Jewel Jolt — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026 Publisher: Luckbox Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company

This policy explains what information the Jewel Jolt iOS app ("the App") handles, who handles it, and the choices you have.

Summary

Information the App handles

1. Advertising — Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. The App shows rewarded ads (which you choose to watch for a reward) and interstitial ads (full-screen ads between levels). It does not show banner ads. Before the ad software starts, the App shows Apple's tracking prompt (and, in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, our consent screen). When ads load, Unity's ad software may collect the information below. Unless noted, Unity treats it as linked to you (through your device or a Unity identifier). It is used to serve, measure and cap ads, prevent fraud, provide analytics, and keep the ads working:

Apart from device identifiers, none of this data is used for tracking. If you don't allow tracking or decline consent, you get contextual ads that aren't based on your activity in other apps. Unity's privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

Ad networks. Unity Ads is the only ad network the App uses. LevelPlay does not request ads from any other network.

SKAdNetwork. Apple's SKAdNetwork may be used so ad networks can measure installs in an aggregated, privacy-preserving way without receiving your identity.

2. Crash reporting — Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). If the App crashes or hits an error, Sentry receives crash and error reports (stack traces and diagnostic details), device model, OS version and app version. We also send a small sample of anonymous performance measurements (such as app launch, level load and ad loading times), anonymous app-session health data, and limited warning and error logs, none of which include identifiers or personal information. Data is stored in the United States. We configure it not to collect personal information, and it is not linked to your identity or used for advertising. Sentry's privacy policy: https://sentry.io/privacy/

3. In-app purchases — Apple StoreKit. Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple. The App only checks with Apple to unlock what you bought. Luckbox Labs does not collect your purchase history and never receives your payment card details. Unity's ad software may receive purchase information as described in section 1.

4. Progress on your device. Game progress and purchases you've unlocked are saved only on your device. The App does not use iCloud sync, and Luckbox Labs cannot access this data. If you reinstall or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the App to recover in-app purchases through Apple.

Neither we nor Unity collect your name, email, phone number or other contact information, anything you create in the App (other than ad reports you choose to send), contacts, photos, precise location, health or financial data, browsing or search history, or account credentials. There is no Luckbox account.

How we use information

To operate the App, deliver purchases, fix crashes and performance problems, and show ads in line with your choices.

Sharing, "sale" and "sharing"

We do not sell personal information for money. When ads are enabled, data is disclosed to Unity for advertising, which some US state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time (see Your choices). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

Data retention

We do not run our own servers for App data. Ad data is retained by Unity under their policies (links above). Sentry data is retained under Sentry's retention settings and policy. Progress saved on your device is removed when you delete the App.

International transfers

Unity and Sentry may process data in the United States, Israel, and other countries. Israel benefits from an EU adequacy decision; other transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, is not listed in the App Store Kids category, and is flagged as not child-directed to our ad partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.

US state privacy rights (including California and other states)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising. Use Settings > Privacy choices to opt out. Because we do not hold identifying data ourselves, many requests are best directed to Unity and Apple; we will help with any request sent to privacy@luckboxlabs.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Nevada residents

You may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information to privacy@luckboxlabs.com, and we will honor it.

EEA, UK and Switzerland

Legal bases: your consent (personalized ads and related data, collected by Unity as an independent controller) and our legitimate interest (crash diagnostics, security, fraud prevention). You may withdraw consent at any time in the App's Settings > Privacy choices; you will then see only contextual ads, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We rely on the security of Apple's platform and our providers and do not store App data on our own systems.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be noted in the App or on this page.
